By accessing or using the Concordare Trials platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Concordare Trials provides clinical trial technology tools, including AI-powered protocol extraction (APTA), the Clinical Trial Protocol Model (CTPM), and related workflow automation for clinical research coordinators and operations teams.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Concordare Trials reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Concordare Trials platform are owned by Concordare Trials, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Clinical trial data processed through our platform is handled in accordance with applicable regulations including HIPAA where applicable.

Concordare Trials provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concordare Trials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
