Protocol documents and clinical trial data uploaded to our platform are processed solely for the purpose of generating structured CTPM outputs and related deliverables. We do not sell, share, or use clinical trial data for purposes beyond providing our services.

We use collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account, send product updates, and ensure platform security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, and as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to clinical trial data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Our public website also uses a third-party visitor identification service provided by Apollo.io. It uses your IP address and a browser identifier to identify the organization you are visiting from and, for visitors in the United States, may match your visit to a business contact record. We use this information to understand which organizations are interested in our services and to follow up with them. Apollo.io processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can opt out at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals: if your browser sends either one, the visitor identification script is never loaded. We also do not load it for visitors in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. To have identification data about you removed, contact us at the address in section 11.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Where applicable, Concordare Trials handles protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Business Associate Agreements are available upon request.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
