Olea
v1.0.0 — Foundations
Living document — updated as new versions ship
Concordare Suite v1 introduced the core platform for Clinical Research Coordinators to build structured protocol data and generate study documents from reusable templates.
Olea is where Concordare started. v1 brought Clinical Research Coordinators a structured way to capture protocol data and generate study documents from reusable templates — without retyping the same eligibility criteria, endpoints, and Schedule of Activities into a dozen different forms.
The foundation
Every downstream output Concordare ships, source documents, EDC builds, CTMS configurations, depends on the quality of the CTPM. Olea established the CTPM Builder for eligibility, endpoints, and the Schedule of Activities; Smart Tags that hydrate any template with study data; the Template Library; and Encrypted Template Sharing so institutions can exchange .ConTmp files securely.
Document Creation from Templates closed the loop: pick a template, pick a visit, and Concordare produces a static document with every Smart Tag resolved against real study data.
Within the v1 cycle
Five minor releases shipped between May 2025 and January 2026 — Repeating Blocks, Per-Visit Preview, Export by Visit, Batch Export, and the v1.5 Smart Tag improvements. See the version history below for the complete changelog.
